Paul Hijeck, P.E., PMP
Mr. Paul Hijeck, who is a Principal Consultant in EPM’s Risk Services Division, has over 40 years of experience in the nuclear industry. He has extensive experience in managing engineering and Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) projects. He has managed and participated in projects on PRA modeling for internal and external events, risk informed applications such as risk informed technical specifications, containment Integrated Leakage Rate Test (ILRT) changes and surveillance test interval extensions, and managed projects for severe accident management guideline (SAMG) development. He has managed strategic projects for domestic customers and for customers in Asia and Europe.
Mr. Hijeck also has additional experience in design engineering activities including reactor pressure vessel integrity and pressurized thermal shock. He also was a shift test supervisor for naval nuclear power plant startup operations and testing.
Mr. Hijeck is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
