Mr. Edwin Fell is a technical consultant engineer with over forty years of experience in the nuclear industry, including over thirty years serving nuclear utilities on programming and engineering projects. He is a Qualified Lead QA Auditor in accordance with the requirements of ASME NQA-1-2000. His experience encompasses engineering support for NFPA 805 transition projects, software requirements analysis, configuration management techniques, quality assurance audits, Software Quality Assurance testing and documentation, data analysis and loading, training and implementation, and the modification of EPM nuclear software applications.
